Erin Fitzgerald
Erin Fitzgerald is a harm reduction educator, recovery advocate, facilitator, and community engagement leader. Her lived experience with trauma, substance use disorder, systemic obstacles in family support, and long-term recovery informs her compassionate, intentional approach to education. Erin provides peer guidance to individuals and families, trains behavioral health professionals, and advocates for culturally humble programming that supports survivors of domestic abuse and families affected by addiction. As Co-Founder and Director of Curriculum and Engagement at Recovery Road LLC, she is committed to developing evidence-based curriculum that engages, educates, and empowers individuals, communities, and professionals.

Bill Houston
Bill Houston, PhD, is a professional scientist, educator, peer coach, and community advocate. His lived experience with substance use disorder, liver transplantation, disability, mental health challenges, and long-term recovery informs his compassionate, practical approach to education. Bill provides peer guidance to liver transplant patients and their families, trains behavioral health professionals, and contributes harm reduction perspectives to healthcare advisory initiatives. As co-founder and Director of Training at Recovery Road LLC, he is committed to making complex medical and behavioral health information understandable and useful to patients, caregivers, professionals, and communities.
